Species 21/02 – Replicanus Hardiscii Warrior

Having witnessed the spontanious evolution of the chrystaline magnet formation I wondered what would happen if i just sat there for a few minutes just looking at the pile of magnets before me.

So after a while I started to get idea’s. Shapes, groupings and lines began to appear in my minds eye. The request was for a scorpion which could have been possible, but I wanted to do something else.

And so Species 21/02 was born. 21 Stands for the number of harddrives sacrificed for the species and the 02, well the chrystaline magnet formation was the first species to have evolved from the CHAOS!

Species 21/01 – Chrystaline Magnet Formation ..

Ok, so I scored 21 old broken harddisks and wondered what can I do with this.

I was very interested in the platters as I had something in mind for that primarily (will post something soon about that) but the shape into which the stacked up magnets were forming soon caught my eye. Here is the first set of images that came out of that session. Its called The Chrystaline Magnet Formation (an ancestor to the Species 21/xx line)
